Lindheim Ølkompani is idyllically located in the fruit village of Gvarv in Telemark –surrounded by beautiful orchards and a living cultural landscape.
With us, you get a combination of a farm experience and craft production. Lindheim is both a traditional fruit farm and a modern brewery, and a perfect destination for those who want to taste something a little different, enjoy nature, and experience authentic local history
A taste of Lindheim
Join us for a guided experience around the farm!
We take you inside the brewery and out into the orchard, where you will learn more about the production and the story behind what is made here.
The tour includes a tasting of four selected ciders and fruit wines produced on the farm.

What’s new for tastings in 2026:
The guided tasting does not include beer. If you would like to sample our beer selection, this can be purchased separately in the bar as a tasting flight and enjoyed either outdoors in the garden or indoors in the bar during opening hours.

We are happy to adapt an offer to your needs, and we reserve the months of May/June and August/September for larger groups. July is reserved for day visitors only and scheduled times for shared tastings.
Unfortunately, we are not able to host or rent out our farm facilities for larger private events, parties, or weddings.

The Bar
The bar is open on Saturdays from 12–18, serving drinks and bar snacks.
No reservations – just drop by!
From June 13
The garden restaurant opens for the season, with food service both indoors and outdoors in the garden.
How to get to Lindheim?
By Train: Lindheim is located 10 km from Bø railway station and 10 km from Nordagutu station.
By Bike: There is a scenic cycle path from Bø to Gvarv, with several cycling routes throughout Midt-Telemark.
Taxi: It is possible to book a taxi to Lindheim, but we recommend booking well in advance, as there are few taxis in the area.
