The Garden Restaurant
The garden restaurant at Lindheim is beautifully situated in the middle of the farm, with the kitchen housed in a modern building made of glass, wood, and concrete. There is seating both outdoors in the garden and indoors in the barn, and we are open Tuesday to Saturday from 13-19 during the summer season.
Ingredients produced on the farm, as well as from the surrounding nature, are used in the kitchen. In autumn and spring, vegetables, fruit, flowers, and mushrooms are foraged, dried, pickled, and fermented to preserve the wonderful flavours of each season.
In tune with nature, the menu changes according to the season, even though it is short and lasts only a few months. The chefs at Lindheim create Neapolitan-inspired sourdough pizzas and small dishes that can be enjoyed in the garden.
The garden restaurant reopens on Saturday, June 13 and will keep open to mid-august.
We recommend booking a table if you plan to eat, as we cannot guarantee that the kitchen will have capacity to accommodate walk‑ins.
For drinks and light snacks in the bar, no reservation is needed.
