Beer and cider for  13 years

We are entering our 14th year with Ølkompaniet, and we have become much more than what we originally started with—namely beer. Cider and fruit wine now make up a large part of our production and will continue to do so in the future. We look forward to yet another fantastic season this summer and warmly welcome everyone to visit the farm!

In the farm shop, we have over 50 different beers and ciders on the shelves, as well as freshly pressed apple juice from the autumn. In the bar, we offer an even wider selection of drinks.

Lindheim Garden Restaurant

In the middle of the garden at Lindheim lies the kitchen. Here, we use ingredients from the farm and the surrounding nature to create Neapolitan sourdough pizzas and flavourful small dishes. When the restaurant is closed during the winter season, we pickle, ferment, and dry the best ingredients of the season so that the taste of summer can be enjoyed again in the spring.

A taste of Lindheim

Join us for a guided experience around the farm!
We take you inside the brewery and out into the orchard,
where you will learn more about the production and the story behind what is made here.

The tour includes a tasting of four selected ciders and
fruit wines produced on the farm.
