Farmer’s Reserve series is beer that is either spontaneously fermented on fruit, infected in our coolship, or added to cultures with wild yeast/bacteria. All these beers ferment and mature in oak barrels. A minimum of 12 months elapses from the production date until the beer is ready for sale, only on 37.5 cl champagne bottles.
Our series of collaborative brews are fermented and stored in oak barrels and matured in bottles. These projects are done in collaboration with good friends who share our philosophy in beer and dare to experiment with new brewing methods. With fruits or without fruits. And lots of wild yeast and exciting lactic acid bacteria.
