Blend of Lindheim lambic, aged in barrels since 2019, and a wild double bock, barrel-aged since 2018. After long maturation, we reawakened the wild yeasts with generous amounts of farm-fresh cherries and blackcurrants. Finally, just before bottling, we blended everything with a refreshing apple cider aged in cherry liqueur barrels.
