RØD RIESLING is a blend of our Fanal cherry juice, German Riesling grape skins and ice cherry wine. The blend has fermented and aged in sandstone amphoras—six weeks on grape skins, followed by six months without skins. Rød Riesling is a dry, tart, and fruity red wine with a tannic finish from both the grape skins and cherries.
