THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE BREWERY

Eivin Eilertsen comes from Sigerfjord in Vesterålen and is a qualified health/sports researcher at NTNU. He is now a beer brewer and fruit farmer at Lindheim.

Ingeborg Lindheim is a noble girl and the oldest of three siblings. She is a qualified teacher but works full-time on the farm with Eivin. Landlord and host on the farm and sales manager out in the market.

Stanislav comes from Poland and has worked at Lindheim for almost 20 years. He is responsible for caring for the garden and assisting Eivin in the brewery.

Rut Telnes Fjågesund comes from Seljord. When she is not selling beer or cider for Lindheim, she is making hand made wooden bowls in her workshop. Check out her webpage – rutfjagesund.com.
You will often meet Rut in our bottle shop and tasting room. She also handles Lindheim sales in Norway.

Lindheim is on 1,000 acres, of which 100 acres is fruit. We grow plums, apples, cherries, and morels harvested in August/September.

We base our beers and ciders on fruit, malt, and hops from where these are best grown. Several of our beers are brewed when the fruit is harvested. Therefore, we have several seasonal beers that vary yearly.
